Service Description

Brand Audits are a thorough examination of a brand's current position in the market compared to its competitors and a review of its effectiveness. It helps you determine the strength of your brand together with its weaknesses or inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement and new developments. With our Brand Audits, we will complete a thorough analysis of your social media presence, website, and any other systems you are operating. We will make recommendations on changes needed for your brand. All services recommended can be handled by our team and pricing will be provided separately. This service is non-refundable and the amount paid will go towards your selected services final balance.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cannot be rescheduled within at least 24 hours of your appointment. This will result in your deposit being non-refundable and non-transferable. Same Day Cancellations or No Call/No Show's will result in your deposit being non-refundable and non-transferable. Late fees of $15 will be applied for every 10 mins the client is late. After 30 mins the appointment will be cancelled, which will result in your deposit being non-refundable and non-transferable.
